Trailways® Legal Disclaimer Notice

The Trailways® a separate corporation, which solely owns the federally-registered trademarks to the "Trailways®" name and logo and acts as a marketing umbrella organization for its member-companies. The Trailways® National Office does not own any interest in its member-companies, which are all independent, privately held corporations.

The Trailways® National Office, also, does not own, operate, inspect or maintain transportation equipment of any kind; nor, does it employ, train, supervise or otherwise have legal authority over any motorcoach (bus) drivers. Each motorcoach (bus) that is lawfully carrying the "Trailways®" trademarks is owned, operated, inspected, and maintained by an independently-owned Trailways® transportation-member company that has obtained a limited license to use the Trailways® trademarks, and the driver of each such motorcoach (bus) is also employed, trained and supervised by an independently-owned Trailways® transportation-member company.
