Contract Information
Cancellations: No cancellations, changes or insertion orders accepted after the closing date.
Advertising must be submitted in camera-ready format and accompanied by a check or credit card payment in the full amount of the cost of the advertisement, unless special arrangements are made. (First time advertisers must prepay.)
Ad materials will be stored for 12 months after last run, then destroyed unless written instructions are otherwise received from advertiser or agency. All advertising orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions of the current rate card. Orders accepted are subject to change in rates upon notice from the publisher. However, contracts may be canceled at the time the change in rates becomes effective without incurring a short-rate adjustment, provided the contract rate has been earned up to the date of cancellation.
Orders containing incorrect rates will be regarded as clerical errors, and insertions will be billed at current rates. Advertisers and agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements printed and for any claims arising there from against the publisher.
Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising considered unsuitable for publication.
