Trailways Board Seats Three New Members
Fairfax, VA - March 14, 2012 – The Trailways Board of Directors seated three new members at its 76th Annual Stockholders Conference & Meeting in Bonita Springs, Florida late last month. The new board members are: Shawn Geary, president/owner of McCoy Trailways in Kingston, Ontario; Scott A. Riccio, president/owner and founder of NorthEast Trailways in Lewiston, ME and Jonathan T. Berzas, president/ceo of Fullington Trailways in Clearfield, PA.

Trailways Announces Bus Driver of the Year and Safety Awards for 2011
Fairfax, VA - March 14, 2012 - Trailways announces the Trailways Driver of the Year and Safety Award winners for 2011. The recipients were recognized during the Trailways 76th Annual Stockholders Conference & Meeting Awards Gala on Feb. 28 in Florida. The awards were presented by three members of the Trailways Board of Directors: Tony Fiorini of Silver State Trailways, Los Angeles who serves as Chairman; Donald Ferrone of Prairie Trailways, Illinois, Safety & Security Committee chair and Patricia Ziska, Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, Motor Coach Industries (MCI), event sponsors.

 


Trailways Marketing & Special Awards Announced for 2011
Fairfax, VA - March 14, 2012 – Trailways announces its Annual Special Recognition and Marketing award winners for 2011. Winners were recognized during the company’s 76th Annual Stockholders Conference & Meeting on Feb. 28 in Florida. Awards were presented by Trailways Board of Directors member Tom McCaughey of Flagship Trailways, RI and Warren Dickinson, Manger of Mileage Sales with Bridgestone, the event sponsor. The Special Awards recognize service, team spirit, vision and volunteerism by a Trailways Stockholder company or individual. The Trailways Marketing Awards recognize the “best of the best” in various marketing categories in online and print media by a Trailways Stockholder company.

Trailways Rolls Into Bonita Springs for Annual Conference Feb. 25-28
Fairfax, Virginia – February 23, 2012 – Luxury motorcoaches will be rolling into Bonita Springs, Fla., for the national gathering of Trailways from February 25 to 28 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa. It is the company’s 76th annual meeting. Arrival of a dozen sleek and colorful Trailways buses and more than 100 Trailways company owners and industry leaders are expected. The event is private. "Motorcoach business is important to Florida's economy and the state is a very popular destination for tour buses, so we're delighted to meet here," said Gale Ellsworth, President and CEO of Trailways.

CVG host Trailways Directors' Meeting
