If seeking a Trailways group move or coach charter that is being planned more than seven (7) months in advance of the current calendar date, you will receive an "Estimated Price Quote" for your group's general planning or organizing purposes only! An "Estimated Price Quote," is simply an example of costs that have been calculated by using "today's prices" to transport passengers, which are simply for planning purpose only!

However, you will receive a Guaranteed Price Quote for an actual Trailways group move or coach charter that is confirmed for immediate departure or for those taking place within the next six (6) months. Guaranteed price quotes are subject to increase if the customer requests additional services or changes to a previously confirmed itinerary.
