Notices or advertisements in- or on- the Trailways bus, shall not be willfully be removed, displaced, defaced, or altered.
A passenger must leave the Trailways bus immediately, if the bus driver believes the individual is in a condition which is offensive to other passengers; if a person is reasonably expected to harm other passengers and/or the interior of the bus.
Dangerous, offensive, or defensive articles, even packed in a case, may not be brought aboard the Trailways bus, if it is likely to cause damage or injury.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought aboard or consumed while onboard a Trailways bus.
A passenger will not be allowed to board a Trailways bus if, in the opinion of the bus driver, the individual is intoxicated.
Illegal drugs are not allowed aboard a Trailways bus.
Only medicines, which are used for remedial purposes, are allowed aboard a Trailways bus.
All Trailways bus companies reserve the right to refuse entry to- or remove from- any of its vehicles, any passenger who shall be, in the opinion of the bus driver, or any other company staff official, which appears to be in breach of any of the provisions outlined herein and above.
Any passenger refused admission to- or removed from- a Trailways bus shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation whatsoever; and, the said bus company shall have no liability to the passenger, whatsoever!
