
Every effort is made by the Trailways bus company to ensure the full operation of all bus services as advertised at all times; the bus company will not be liable for any delay or interruption in any of its services where such delay or interruption caused by matters beyond its control.
Scheduled runs or route services may be subject to alteration and/or cancellation without notice for reasons beyond the control of the Trailways bus company.
Passengers are advised to obtain the latest information available prior to setting-out for the location to board a Trailways bus at least one (1) hour before the departure time posted.
Again, make plans to arrive at least one (1) hour before the recommended Trailways check-in time, if traveling to an airport or ferry terminal.
If trip involves an enroute change in service, which is not shown as a through-Trailways connecting service, plan to allow sufficient time for possible delays; at least 45 minutes to one (1) hour for all enroute service connections.
If unforeseen delays to services are caused for reasons outside the control of the Trailways bus company, the bus company can only guarantee to maintain or substitute connections to other related bus-company services, which are shown as through connecting services in the timetable.
